Attendees take part in a 2025 Innovative Summit.
Human resources and business leaders navigating rapid change in technology and workplace expectations will have a chance to dig into those challenges at a free event in Philadelphia.
The Annual Summit, hosted by Innovative Benefit Planning, will take place May 13, 2026, at the Barnes Foundation. The one-day event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is open to HR professionals, executives and decision-makers at no cost.
This year’s theme, “Framing the Future: A Portrait of People, Purpose, and Technology,” focuses on how organizations can balance innovation with a more human-centered approach to leadership.
Programming includes keynote sessions, panel discussions and hands-on workshops covering topics like AI in the workplace, employee benefits and strategies for building stronger, more engaged teams.
Speakers include Bert Gervais, known as “The Human-First AI Guy,” and Judy Sailer, director of learning and development at Primepoint HR & Payroll. A panel discussion led by Lindsey Hancock of Innovative Benefit Planning, will feature CEO Terriann Procida, Chuck Metturdharma, Head of AI & Divisional CIO – Cigna Healthcare and other industry leaders.

In addition to programming, attendees will receive perks like free parking, raffle prizes, giveaways and an event T-shirt.
The summit is designed to provide both big-picture insights and practical tools, giving leaders a clearer path for navigating change while maintaining a strong workplace culture.
