Purdue Pharma's $7.4 billion opioid settlement will pay $200 million to Pa. and $125 million to N.J.

All 50 U.S. states have signed onto a $7.4 billion settlement with Purdue Pharma, the maker of OxyContin, and the pharmaceutical company's owners, the Sacklers. The family is barred from selling opioids in America and still subject to civil lawsuits. Pennsylvania will receive $200 million; New Jersey will get $124.5 million.
