Texas man charged with killing former model whose body was found near Pennsylvania highway

Tracy Rollins Jr., 28, of Dallas, Texas, is charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of 47-year-old Rebecca Landrith, a former fashion model whose body was found along I-80 in western Pennsylvania on Feb. 7, 2021. Rollins, a truck driver, was apprehended by Connecticut State Police, who found evidence allegedly linking him to the shooting.

Rebecca Landrith, a Virginia native and former fashion model, was found dead Sunday in Union County, Pennsylvania. Investigators said Landry suffered multiple gunshot wounds and had recently traveled in Indiana and Wisconsin.

As COVID-19 cases fall, Philly allowing restaurants to increase indoor dining capacities

Philadelphia restaurants can expand their indoor dining capacities from 25% to 50% if they can comply with a new set of standards for indoor ventilation. The initiative, beginning Feb. 12, 2021, comes as COVID-19 cases continue to fall in the city. Health officials also provided new details on efforts to vaccinate teachers, school staffers and child care workers as the broader vaccine rollout continues.
