The Philadelphia Housing Authorities has agreed to support the development of 240 affordable housing properties in neighborhoods surrounding Fishtown, Kensington and Northern Liberties. The projects will be in partnership with several Latino non-profit organizations, which have played a role in similar affordable housing initiatives over the last decade.

Delaware prosecutors charged 17-year-old Annika Stalczynski with first degree murder and conspiracy in the death of Madison Sparrow, the Newark girl whose body was found in the woods in early October. Sparrow's ex-boyfriend, Noah Sharp, had already been charged last month.

Woman allegedly stole $394,000 from Ardmore business for Cowboys games, buttock augmentation

Tiarah Brokenborough, 29, of Ardmore, allegedly stole more than $394,000 from Hynes Roofing and Siding, according to Montgomery County prosecutors. The stolen funds were spent on tickets to professional sports games, vacations, plastic surgery, rent, and fine dining, investigators said.

A fake news story about "Skinny" Joey Merlino claimed the former Philadelphia mob boss was involved in a scheme to commit widespread ballot fraud in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania to tilt the 2020 election in favor of Joe Biden. An attorney for Merlino said the claims, published on a conspiracy website, were entirely false.
