Philadelphia investigators have identified the body found last week in a Kensington suitcase as Vincent Good, of Mayfair. Four people have been arrested in connection to the killing.

Police have arrested four people for allegedly killing a man and dumping his body in a suitcase in Kensington.

The case involves several family members who worked together to cover up the crime, city prosecutors said Thursday. Liza Ridley, 53, allegedly shot Vincent Good, 53, multiple times in the head on an undetermined date. She then worked with her sister Bernadette Ridley, 55, to dismember the victim and stuff his remains into a suitcase, according to officials. That luggage and Good's body were found last Friday in a Kensington alley after a witness searching for scrap metal contacted police.

Ridley's daughter Liza Robinson, 32, allegedly called a Lyft to transport Ridley to the dump site. Officials say Robinson and her boyfriend Gnaeus Daniels, 33, also helped remove a mattress the victim had been on.

Good was a partial amputee whose left leg below the knee and hand above the wrist had been surgically removed. He received Social Security benefits, and Ridley was his caregiver. They lived on the same street in Mayfair. Investigators are still looking into potential financial incentives in the killing.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner credited the anonymous Lyft driver with closing the case. The driver contacted law enforcement last Friday after hearing press reports about the body discovered in a suitcase in Kensington. The Lyft worker recounted a "suspicious" passenger they picked up May 21 who carried a suitcase with a distinctive smell. When the driver asked about the stench, prosecutors say, Ridley said the suitcase contained dirty wet clothes.

The ride concluded near the East Hilton Street alley where Good's body was found.

Following this tip, police executed a search warrant Wednesday at the Ridley home on the 5700 block of Leonard Street, where Good also lived. Ridley has confessed to the killing, prosecutors say. She has been charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence and other related crimes.

Her sister Bernadette is charged with abuse of a corpse, evidence tampering, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to commit those crimes. Robinson and Daniels face charges of obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence and conspiracy.
