The New Jersey Lottery is releasing a new scratch-off game in partnership with Jon Bon Jovi on Oct. 5. Above, the New Jersey native at Super Bowl LX.
The New Jersey Lottery is rolling out a Jon Bon Jovi-themed scratch-off game that offers the chance to win up to $200,000.
The ticket design featuring the legendary musician will be revealed in September, with the $5 scratch-off game set to begin Oct. 5.

"Jon Bon Jovi is synonymous with New Jersey, and we're excited to celebrate our shared sense of Jersey pride with players across the state through these scratch-offs," Jim Carey, executive director of the New Jersey Lottery, said Monday. "Celebrating an artist whose music, career, and connection to our state have resonated with so many is especially meaningful, and we look forward to giving fans even more ways to get involved in the months ahead."
Scratch-offs are more interactive than traditional lottery tickets. Players are asked to scratch off a part of the ticket to show possible prizes. Some scratch-offs match letters to crossword puzzle clues, while others must reveal a winning poker hand to win cash. They're priced between $1 and $30, with more expensive scratch-offs offering prizes of higher value.
Lottery officials said "additional activities" celebrating the lottery's partnership with Bon Jovi will be announced later.
"I will always call New Jersey home, so I'm happy to join the New Jersey Lottery in celebrating the place that holds so many of my favorite personal and career memories," Bon Jovi said in a statement.
Earlier this summer, the rock star embarked on his first tour since 2022. However, Bon Jovi had to cut one of his nine shows at Madison Square Garden short because of a sinus infection. He is scheduled to resume performing later this week in Edinburgh, Scotland.
