NFC-AFC Conference Championship Game open thread

The Philadelphia Eagles are into their offseason after a 20-14 divisional round loss to the New Orleans Saints last Sunday, so there will be no Super Bowl repeat this season. #Analysis. Still, there are two great matchups this Sunday in the NFC and AFC Conference Championship Games. Up first will be the Los Angeles Rams at the Saints at 3:05 p.m. EST, followed by the New England Patriots at Kansas City Chiefs at 6:40 p.m. EST.

NFL conference championship round picks

At a neutral site, I'd be picking the Rams to win this game. In the Superdome, it's just too hard to trust anything other than a Saints win.

Your team's first round picks since 2010, if Mel Kiper's initial mock drafts were perfect

This isn't to goof on Kiper – OK, maybe a tiny bit – but as we did last year, let's take a look at who your team would have drafted if Kiper were 100 percent accurate on his mock drafts since 2010.

Eagles-only 2019 mock draft, version 1.0

This year, like last year, mock draft season had to wait a little longer for Philadelphia Eagles fans. I'm sure you've all survived without it. As a reminder, the Eagles are projected to have nine draft picks this year, with two in the second round, and none in the third.

Ranking the Eagles' 2019 offseason needs from most glaring to most stable

Despite suffering an inordinate number of injuries that last two seasons, the Philadelphia Eagles won it all in 2017, and then made the Elite Eight (I guess we'll call it that) in 2018. Overall, they have a very talented roster, at least compared to most teams around the league. Still, there are roster holes that need to be filled, and the need for young players to be added to the pipeline at some spots where age is creeping in. Let's go ahead and rank the Eagles' needs this offseason, from top to bottom.
