Sara Lawver, 36, of Drexel Hill, has been charged with driving under the influence and related offenses after she allegedly crashed her car into the back of a Pennsylvania State Police cruiser that was conducting a traffic stop on Interstate 476 in Ridley Township late Tuesday night. Authorities said Lawver was speeding at the time of the crash.
