Delco man pleads guilty to leading scheme to buy designer dogs with fake checks and cash

Issa Jalloh, 26, of Darby, pleaded guilty to leading a scheme that scammed Lancaster County dog sellers out of $366,000. The group used fake cashier's checks and cash to purchase designer dogs and resold them for profit, prosecutors said.
