A third of Eagles-Commanders tickets sold so far on StubHub were bought in D.C. area, resale company says

Tickets for the Eagles-Commanders NFC championship game at Lincoln Financial Field are averaging $1,374 on secondary markets ahead of Sunday's game, according to ticket exchange platform Victory Live. The average is the NFL's highest for a non-Super Bowl game. StubHub data shows about one-third of tickets sold on its platform were bought by people in the Washington D.C. area, the resale company said.

AMC closes movie theater at Franklin Mall in Northeast Philly

AMC's 14-screen movie theater at the Franklin Mall in Northeast Philadelphia shut down at the beginning of the year after the cinema chain did not renew its lease. The theater opened in 1997, anchoring the mall through multiple ownership groups when it was the Franklin Mills and Philadelphia Mills malls. The property was sold last year to private investment group Jones Lang LaSalle.
