During Tuesday's presidential debate in Philadelphia, former President Donald Trump repeated a debunked conspiracy theory that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, were eating their neighbors' pet cats and dogs. A history professor at St. Joseph's University said this rhetoric echoes racist language used by Nazis.
