Delaware State Police are investigating the vandalism of two speed enforcement cameras installed along I-95 in Wilmington as part of a new program with DelDOT reduce crashes along the work zone corridor. The cameras were damaged early Sunday morning, according to investigators.

'Superload' tractor-trailer carrying empty fuel tank crosses Pennsylvania, delaying traffic on 9-day trek

A 294-ton, 213-foot-long superload tractor-trailer is traveling across Pennsylvania with an empty fuel tank from a decommissioned nuclear training site in New York. The nine-day journey covers more than 400 miles and crosses through 16 counties to its final destination in Wampum, about 40 miles north of Pittsburgh. PennDOT officials say motorists should expect traffic delays along the route, much of which will be along Interstate 80.
