Bucks County man in viral video of U.S. Capitol riot charged with assaulting police officer
Ryan Samsel, 37, of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been charged for his alleged involvement in the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6 in Washington, D.C. Samsel is accused of toppling a police barricade and opening a path for rioters to approach the Capitol, as well as knocking a police officer to the ground.
