Emily Weinman, of Philadelphia, was awarded $325,000 in a settlement with the city of Wildwood, New Jersey, after she was arrested on a beach around Memorial Day in 2018. Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Nov. 29, 2020, at the Wing Stop located in a small shopping center in the 2100 block of Cottman Avenue, in Northeast Philadelphia.
