Police dash-cam video and 911 calls show several encounters that led to the fatal shooting of Maurice Gordon on the Garden State Parkway on May 23. Gordon, an unarmed black man, was shot by New Jersey State Police Sgt. Randall Wetzel during a stop for speeding. The investigation is being led by New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal.
