New Jersey A.G. releases dash-cam video in police shooting of Maurice Gordon on Garden State Parkway

Police dash-cam video and 911 calls show several encounters that led to the fatal shooting of Maurice Gordon on the Garden State Parkway on May 23. Gordon, an unarmed black man, was shot by New Jersey State Police Sgt. Randall Wetzel during a stop for speeding. The investigation is being led by New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal.

Former Glassboro Police Officer Peter Amico was removed from his position as head of Rowan University's Office of Emergency Management. A petition called his employment "a revolting" insult in light of a 1994 shooting in which he killed 14-year-old L.T. Sanders during a response to a domestic dispute.
