ChristianaCare acquires 5 Crozer Health outpatient centers in Delaware County

ChristianaCare says is bid $50.3 million to acquire five Crozer Health outpatient facilities in Delaware County on Wednesday. The outpatient facilities will supplement the three small hospitals the Delaware-based health system is planning in Delco and Chester County. The acquisition is subject to court approval.
