The debate will be broadcast live on 6ABC at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25. It also can be streamed on 6ABC.com. Candidates include Amen Brown, Jeff Brown, Allan Domb, Helen Gym, Cherelle Parker and Rebecca Rhynhart.

The nonfiction book tells the stories of six transgender teens as they struggle to understand their feelings of discomfort and alienation growing up. Despite criticism, it is not sexually-explicit.
