Philadelphia's Board of Ethics accused a super PAC affiliated with Jeff Brown, the businessman-turned-mayoral candidate, of repeated violations of campaign contribution limits in a lawsuit filed Monday. The board is seeking an emergency injunction to halt all expenditures from the group, including any planned TV ads.
