Pennsylvania State Police rescued a dog that got onto I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia early Friday morning. It ran through traffic for about a mile before troopers corralled it on the roadside. Upper Darby parking director allegedly stole meter money to pay for office parties, D.A. says
The director of parking enforcement in Upper Darby is charged with stealing the coins from parking meters and using them to pay for office parties and other staff expenses, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office said.
