After completing "The Civic" apartments in Francisvillle last year, developer MM Partners now wants to construct a 7-story building on an existing surface parking lot at the site of the former St. Joe's Hospital at 16th Street and Girard Avenue. The project, designed by Coscia Moos Architecture, would include ground-floor retail and 192 apartments on the upper floors.

Two women are sought by Plymouth Township police in connection with the vandalism of a memorial to former officer Brad Fox, who was killed in the line of duty on Sept. 13, 2012. The women approached the memorial on bikes and one of them threw its flag into the bushes.
