N.J. State Police seek help identifying body found in fridge in Cape May County woods

The body of woman was found inside a fridge in Bellplain State Forest in Cape May County on Dec. 22, New Jersey State Police say. Investigators are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the woman. She had distinctive tattoos of a koi fish and roses.
