Cape May police are looking for the woman who threw a skee ball that struck a child inside an arcade. The incident was caught on video and authorities say it stemmed form an argument with another arcade patron.

A steam-powered locomotive that was on display at Philadelphia's Franklin Institute for the last 90 years will be moved to the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum in Strasburg, Lancaster County. The 185-year-old Rocket was manufactured in England and imported for use on the Philadelphia & Reading Railway. The locomotive weighs 8 1/2 tons and measures 17 feet long.

The New Jersey Department of Labor has temporarily closed 27 Boston Market restaurants amid an investigation into alleged labor violations, including unpaid back wages totaling more than $600,000 for 314 employees, officials said. In South Jersey, the closed stores include locations in Mount Holly, Blackwood and Vineland. Boston Market is owned by Engage Brands, a company based in Newtown Township, Pennsylvania.

Ocean City leaders voted Thursday night to replace the analog clock on the boardwalk at the Ninth Street entrance, between Manco & Manco Pizza and Shrivers Salt Water Taffy & Fudge. The replacement will cost the city $30,944. The existing clock is no longer consistently displaying the correct time and has appearance issues, city officials said.

The Philadelphia 76ers will hold five public meetings on Zoom in August to discuss the team's proposal to build a new arena on East Market Street. The $1.3 billion proposal is located just south of Chinatown, where many community members have opposed the project. Two of the meetings will include Mandarin and Cantonese language translation.

Philadelphia has begun a program giving $500 monthly to 50 low-income residents in the city as part of a study on guaranteed income for parents. Like similar programs in the U.S., the payments do not come with restrictions and do not interfere with existing benefits payments. A second group of 250 residents is receiving monthly $50 payments as part of a comparative, yearlong study on how the payments affect job prospects and spending habits among people enrolled in Pennsylvania's extended Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program.
