Boxing legend Mike Tyson and former Phillies stars Steve Carlton, John Kruk and Larry Bowa will be among the athletes meeting fans and signing autographs at the Philly Show in Oaks, Montgomery County, in December.

The sports memorabilia convention returns to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center from Friday, Dec. 11, through Sunday, Dec. 13, filling more than 175,000 square feet with trading cards, signed memorabilia and other collectibles. Fans can browse dealer booths, hunt for cards featuring their favorite players or purchase tickets to meet some of the biggest names in sports.

Tyson, the former undisputed heavyweight boxing champion, is scheduled to appear Saturday, Dec. 12, alongside Carlton, Kruk and Bowa. The initial autograph lineup also includes baseball Hall of Famers Cal Ripken Jr., Reggie Jackson and Roberto Alomar, along with Dwight Gooden, Darryl Strawberry and Dale Murphy. Football fans will recognize former NFL players James Harrison, Anthony Muñoz and Vinny Testaverde.

The Phillies connections are especially strong. Carlton and Bowa helped bring Philadelphia its first World Series championship in 1980, while Kruk was part of the 1993 team that won the National League pennant.
