Pa. state trooper cleared of animal cruelty charges for hitting runaway horse with patrol car
A Pennsylvania state trooper who repeatedly struck an escaped horse with his patrol car in Chester County will no longer face charges from the December 2021 incident, which ended with the animal being euthanized. Motorcyclist sentenced to 1-4 years in prison for smashing woman's windshield and assaulting her near City Hall
Cody Heron, 27, the motorcycle rider who was caught on video smashing a woman's windshield and pointing a gun at her in October, has been sentenced to 1-4 years in state prison after pleading guilty in February. Heron stomped through the rear windshield of a car idling near City Hall during an unauthorized meet-up of dirt bike and ATV riders.June 6, 2024
